What to include

The Publisher version that made the file if you know it, the browser and operating system you converted on, the format you chose, and what happened instead of what you expected. A screenshot of the preview is the most useful thing you can send. Please don't send the file itself unless we ask and it contains nothing private.

What we cannot do

We cannot repair a damaged file, recover a file that was deleted, or read Publisher 1.0 to 95 files.
